Buyer Protection: Escrow

What is escrow?

Escrow is a deposit of funds by one party for the delivery to another party upon completion of a particular condition or event. In the case of online purchase a buyer makes payment to a third party, in this case: DoBizWorld, while the seller ships the items to the buyer. When the buyer confirms the delivery and is satisfied with the items, DoBizWorld will then release the payment to the seller.

Why do I need escrow?

It's just safer! DoBizWorld reduces the potential risk of fraud by acting as a third party that collects, holds and disburses funds on buyers' behalf.

How Buyers are protected:

		DoBizWorld tracks the shipped merchandise and verifies if it was delivered
		In the eventuality that disputes should occur, DoBizWorld will be there to help both buyers and seller find a settlement

		The seller isn't paid until the buyer accepts the merchandise.

What if a seller offers to sell me something directly, bypassing DoBizWorld?

If you receive offers from the sellers to complete transactions directly without going through DoBizWorld we urge you not to respond and to notify us as soon as possible. If you accept to deal directly with a seller you will have no one to turn to should your items not arrive or not be what you expect. DoBizWorld cannot help you get an exchange or refund if you choose to forgo our services during the buying process. With our escrow service, the payment is not released until we're sure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
