investigate it for accuracy, DoBizWorld is not legally
responsible for the remarks that members post, even if those
remarks are defamatory.

It is forbidden to: |
|
|
| |
|
|
Offer to sell, buy
or barter feedback. |
|
|
Register multiple
accounts (or working with others) in order to exchange
feedback to artificially increase your feedback score. |
|
|
|
|
Include the term
"feedback" or any reference to DoBizWorld feedback
in the item title or description. The only exception is when
the term "feedback" directly describes the item
listed. |
|
|
|
|
To communicate with a member
offering to pay them for their user name. |
|
|
|
| Extortion |
|
|
| |
Threatening to leave negative
or neutral feedback for another member unless the other member
provides goods or services not included in the original listing
is not permitted. |
|
|
| |
Examples of extortion include: |

|
| |
|
|
"The goods
were supposed to arrive three days ago, if they are not here
by tomorrow I will leave you negative feedback." |
|
|
|
|
"If I don't receive
payment within two days, I will leave negative feedback."
|
|
|
"The item is different
from the description; if you don't replace it I will leave you
negative feedback." |
|
|
|
| What to do if you are the victim of libel
or extortion |
|
|
| |
If you have experienced
feedback abuse, manipulation or extortion, please contact us
indicating the order number. Feedback will be removed if: |
|
|
| |
|
|
The
comment contains profane, vulgar, obscene, or racist language
or adult material. Inflammatory language, such as "fraud,
liar, cheater, scam artist, con man" etc., while strongly
discouraged, will not be removed. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
The feedback
comment contains personal identifying information about
another member, including real name, address, phone number, or
e-mail address. |
|
|
|
|
The feedback comment contains
links or scripts. |
|
|
A member placed a
negative comment mistakenly (for the wrong member) and has
informed us of the error as well as placing the same feedback
for the member for whom it was intended. |
|
|
|
|
Feedback left by a member who
provided DoBizWorld with false contact information and could
not be contacted. In general, the transaction period is
considered to be 90 days from the end of the listing or 30
days from the date the feedback was left, whichever was
longer. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
Feedback left by a member who
purchased an item solely to have the opportunity to leave
negative feedback for the seller, with no intention of
completing the transaction. |
